Sessions are constantly varied with a different workout every day, these workouts consist of a warmup, strength and skill element, and always conclude with the workout of the day (WOD).

Crossfit Blast

Ideal for beginners, these sessions consist of all the aspects and benefits of crossfit, but without the technical olympic lifting and barbell movements. Taken by our professional and approachable coaches.

 

Crossfit Kids

Is an adapted session for children between 4-14 years. Closely supervised by our professional coaches.

 

Olympic Lifting

A technical skills session, spent practicing the two basic olympic lifts. The snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to strength training.

 

Personal Training

Sessions taken by our fully qualified coaches and personal trainers, for those with specific requirements, who wish to receive personalised training and nutrition plans to maximise results.
