Josh is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and Advanced Personal Trainer.
He has always had a passion for fitness and It was this that led train as a Personal trainer, gaining both Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications.
Since qualifying in 2011, Josh has trained a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their goals through personalised fitness and nutrition plans.
Josh began CrossFit in 2016 and instantly became hooked by the style of training and the unique sense of community. It was shortly after this that he gained his CrossFit level 1 certification. His goal as a coach is to inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals and make long-term lifestyle changes. He believes the benefits of CrossFit’s scalable intensity and focus on functional movements makes it the ideal fitness programme for individuals of all ages and abilities.
